The operation enables expansion into EU and US markets and the completion of the FDA process for Prostate V-Bio. The integration of new strategic partners consolidates the group’s clinical leadership in high-impact, technology-driven early diagnosis.

NAPLES/TURIN, 2 July 2026 – Health Triage S.p.A., an Italian deep-tech company specialising in the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions for cancer prevention, announces the entry of Vertis SGR S.p.A. – through the Vertis Venture 6 Digital Sud fund (partially financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU) – and Health 1 into its shareholder structure.

The investment, amounting to 3 million euros, is part of the company’s industrial growth path – Health Triage is controlled by the Fin Posillipo S.p.A. group and already counts the ENEA Tech e Biomedical Foundation among its shareholders – and is aimed at strengthening the technological ecosystem and accelerating the clinical adoption of its proprietary projects BreastNegative and Prostate V-Bio.

This new capital contribution comes alongside the strategic investment of 5 million euros finalised last year by the ENEA Tech e Biomedical Foundation, a body supervised by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and by the Ministry of Health. The entry of these new investors confirms Health Triage as a benchmark asset in the national healthtech landscape, capable of combining scientific rigour with industrial vision.

The resources will be dedicated to the organic development of the projects in the portfolio, to continuous clinical validation and to technological integration into hospital workflows. The goal remains to turn Artificial Intelligence into an everyday clinical standard, supporting physicians in early diagnosis with certified, safe and high-impact tools.

“The entry of Vertis SGR and Health 1, alongside the consolidated support of the ENEA Tech e Biomedical Foundation, represents a fundamental milestone in Health Triage’s consolidation path,” explains Davide Dettori, CEO and founder of Health Triage. “This synergy, within the solid industrial perimeter of the Fin Posillipo S.p.A. group, strengthens our ability to accelerate the execution of our industrial plans and to further enhance the level of innovation in the field of oncological diagnostics. The goal remains to turn research into an everyday clinical standard, ensuring precision and efficiency in the service of the physician and the patient. The entry of new partners also gives us the opportunity to invest in analysing our target markets and to assess new development opportunities for our technologies, with particular attention to therapeutic as well as diagnostic applications.”

Renato Vannucci, Partner and Vice President of Vertis SGR, comments:
“Health Triage is a concrete example of how Artificial Intelligence can generate real impact in the clinical setting. We appreciated the strength of the team and the clarity of its industrial vision, as well as the scientific rigour with which its proprietary projects BreastNegative and Prostate V-Bio are developed. The presence of a leading institutional partner such as the ENEA Tech e Biomedical Foundation confirms the quality and reliability of the path undertaken. We are pleased to support Health Triage in this acceleration phase.”

Pierluigi Cacciatore, Investment Analyst for Health 1, comments:
“Entering the capital of Health Triage reflects a perfect balance between economic growth potential, high scientific value and impact on the healthcare system. We are proud to accompany the start-up on this challenging journey, with the aim of fostering the internationalisation of an outstanding Italian technology and contributing to the consolidation of the innovation ecosystem in our country. We would also like to extend particular thanks to the entire Health Triage team, led by Davide Dettori, for the professionalism and availability shown throughout the operation, and to Fin Posillipo S.p.A. for having promoted the launch of this partnership.”

Raffaele Petrone, Group CEO of Fin Posillipo S.p.A., comments:
“Fin Posillipo believed in the Health Triage project from its earliest stages, supporting its development with conviction on both the financial and strategic fronts. Today we are delighted to welcome the entry of important new investors, who join ENEA Tech e Biomedical, among the first to back the project in its early-stage phases. Their complementary skills and their diversity represent a fundamental added value in supporting the company’s growth path. This operation further reinforces our conviction in the potential of Health Triage and in the quality of the work carried out by the management team. We are aware of the responsibility that comes with projects like this: turning scientific and technological innovation into concrete tools to support patients, helping to improve the early diagnosis and management of diseases that affect thousands of people every year.”
